Construction work in pharmaceutical, chemical, logistics and industrial plants.
Our trades are the same in every plant; what changes are its rules, its schedules and its risks.
Pharmaceutical is our main sector: much of our work is carried out inside pharmaceutical plants in production. We apply the same way of working in chemical plants, warehouses and logistics centres, and industrial plants in other sectors.
Pharmaceutical
Much of our work is carried out inside pharmaceutical plants in production: civil works and drainage, platforms and structures for equipment, metalwork, openings and penetrations for building services, and maintenance work. We work under each plant's access and safety rules, in coordination with its maintenance, engineering and production staff.
Chemical
The trades we carry out inside operating industrial plants also apply to the chemical industry: civil works and drainage, steel structures and metalwork, openings and penetrations for building services, and maintenance and minor works. Each job is scheduled with the plant's manager and carried out under its access, safety and work rules.
Logistics
In warehouses and logistics centres we apply the same trades as in any other plant: civil works and paving, metalwork and protections, openings and penetrations for building services, and roof and façade maintenance. Each job is scheduled with the centre's manager to fit around its operations.
General industry
We bring to other industrial plants the same trades we carry out daily in pharmaceutical plants: civil works and drainage, steel structures and metalwork, openings and penetrations for building services and maintenance, adapted to each plant's access and safety rules.
